Through this innovation, he was given the award for his work on artificial intelligence in medical epidemiology had been recognised as among the top eight young innovators globally in the field by Harvard University’s School of Public Health, beating over 200 applications in July 2016.
Dr. Dhesi Baha Raja was at the EmTech Asia held in Singapore just a few days ago which is an annual global emerging technologies conference hosted by MIT Technology Review – the world’s oldest and most respected technology publication since 1899 by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
He got nominated and eventually won the The MIT Under 35 Innovator Award 2017, an award that MIT Technology Review has honoured young innovators whose inventions and research they find most exciting since 1999.
