How to Highlight Duplicate Values in Excel 2007

Microsoft Office 2007 provides a lot of new functions to analyse data in a spreadsheet. One particular useful function is that you can quickly find and highlight duplicate values in a column.

1. Highlight the column on which you would like to find duplicate values.

2. Go to the Home tab and select Conditional Formatting.

3. Click Highlight Cells Rules > Duplicate Values. Duplicate values will  be highlighted immediately.
